The locals eat well and above all with pleasure. Hence the local motto that the main thing is to eat well. Try it for yourself and you'll soon find out why. The cuisine is varied, creative and tasty. Whether it's an original Saarland Lyoner pot or dishes inspired by the French next door - you can't go wrong. Unless of course you leave the region without trying out a restaurant.
