x-clean
x-clean® products are coatings, which simplify cleaning, decreases dirt or provide self-cleaning effects. The effects provided are called EC effects (Easy-to-clean) or SC effects (self-cleaning, Catalytic-Clean-Effect®). The application of x-clean® products will reduce the cleaning time or by using selfcleaning surfaces, the cleaning can be totally renounced. That gives the coated component an ncreased value and thus an ecological and economic benefit to the user.
x-view®
x-view® products are coatings which prevents fog. The effects provided is called anti-fog effects. The application of x-view® products increases the safety and the general well-being by better view.
x-tec®
x-tec® products are coatings for technical applications with functions like corrosion protection, tribological properties, anti-stick surfaces etc. x-tec® products assists industrial processes in being more effective, cheaper, durable or simpler to form. In this way the industrial customer has a noticeable increase of added value for his products and in most cases also an ecological benefit.
x-protect®
x-protect® products are abrasion and scratch resistant surface coatings for technical applications with additional functions like “Easy-to-clean” surface, tribological properties, anti-stick surfaces, diffusion barrier etc. x-protect® products help to protect surfaces in use against abrasion, scratch and chemical attack of detergents or solvents. By using x-protect® products the appearance, design and the function of a surface in use is maintained for a longer time. Thus providing a noticeable added value for the manufacturer and the customer.
x-coat®
x-coat® products are special heat-resistant, coloured coatings for technical applications with additional functions like optical changing, enhancement of heat conductivity etc. x-coat® products are flexible and abrasion resistant, coated surfaces are deformable.
x-bond®
The x-bond® brand name represents a range of new types of binders based on the newest developments of chemical nanotechnology. The nano particulate reactive systems are produced via the sol-gel process and converted into storable and durable products by our special precipitationemulsion process. x-bond® systems are available as water or alcohol soluble products with a solid content up to 90%. x-bond® products are mainly used for self-formulation of functional coating materials. They are also suitable as additives or as matrix components for conventional varnishing, painting or binding materials to achieve improvement of properties such as abrasion resistance, corrosion protection, adhesion and chemical resistance, EC effect etc.
x-add®
Specially developed functional additives for coating materials are available under the x-add® brand name. They can be applied for the upgrading of abrasion resistance, corrosion protection, adhesion, chemical resistance, EC and/or biocidal properties.
